Dx Program Manager

DX Program Manager is responsible for overall management of the project including liaising with all stakeholders; coordinating and leading partners; supervising dedicated and virtual members of the project team; and overseeing project implementation, financial and administrative overview, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation of the project.

- Ensure digital transformation program implementation including all activities, outputs, and outcomes related to program management and administration, including reporting, budget development and monitoring, financial transactions, execution of program plans, and program performance.
- Responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of the overall digital transformation program.
- Prepare program plans and review them with the stakeholders and the digital transformation management team.
- Monitor the progress of program, ensuring that all program milestones are achieved.
- Plan and manage relations with different departments engaged in implementing the different projects within the DX program.
- Prepare and submit periodical activity reports to the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the program produces the specified results in the annual work plan(s) to the required standard of quality and within the timeline and budget parameters.
- Review periodically to ensure accountability of all program activities as well as the accurate and timely reporting of deliverables and obligations.
- Ensure that the program progresses in accordance to its contractual obligations and complies with donor regulations and internal organizational policies.
- Act as the primary program contact person and liaison, ensuring the program is represented in all functions/LoBs.
- Ensure that all related policies, processes, and workflow maps are developed in support of the program implementation.
- Manage relationship with partners and technology partners related to monitoring and evaluation, providing support in facilitating technical collaboration and coordination activities.
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure compliance with programmatic targets and deliverables.
- Prepare program performance & KPI’s reports.
- Act as digital champion and proactively promote digital transformation internally.
- Work with the CDO, DXD and other stakeholders to investigate the best approaches on implementing the different aspects within the DX program.
- Support Digital Transformation Director DXD by advising on program management, organizational development, capacity building, and collaboration among different stakeholders.
- Develop a detailed implementation program plan in line with the agreed scope and resources.
- Oversee development of a monitoring and evaluation plan for the successive phases of the program to capture program performance, results & lessons learnt.
- Build a networking community that share and discusses challenges in implementing the DX program to continuously improve the process.
- Promote a digital learning environment.
- Encourage positive work spirits for motivational purposes.
- Managing performance of team working in projects - when applicable.

- More than 15 years within technology product/services providers
- Not less than 5 years as digital product SME/Leader
- Previous experience leading DX projects is a plus.
