**Role purpose**:
Responsible for interpretation of customer needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that fulfil the customers' demands including design, research and development along with vendor selection & technical qualification of all core and access network components, equipment and solutions serving the line of business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review market trends and technological advances to prepare and regularly update the new offerings portfolio. Prepare presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department.
- Control the relationship with multiple vendors and suppliers in the projects involving the introduction of new equipment and technologies serving the products and services introduced.
- Act as a technical focal point supporting the procurement cycle by defining the RFPs technical functions, features and specifications, identifying suitable vendors and examining technical evaluation of the proposed vendor responses
- Provide technical orientation on the gated communities products and services to sales team as well as the partners. Demonstrate and present products and services on demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops
- Engage with the real estate developers to perform interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that fulfil the customer needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree of Electronics & Electrical Communications
- Minimum 2 Years Experience
