**About the role**
- Develop and deliver a global cyber and information security education and awareness program with emerging technologies and risks.
- Ensure that the security awareness program communicates Careem security policies and requirements so that all the team in the organization know, understand and can follow them.
- Analyze and evaluate business needs and cyber threats to continuously improve the program
- Collaborate with cyber and information security technical experts as needed to augment or further develop information security awareness, education, and training activities appropriate for Careem employee

**Key Responsibilities**
- Good understanding of regulatory and industry standards, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and ISO framework.
- Experience with delivering computer-based training modules through technological means
- Experience with executing mixed-method trainings, course design documents, implementation strategies, and program evaluation
- Ability to help and support business areas to recognize IT/Security Risks

**Qualification Required**
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or obtained relevant security certifications

**Experience Required**
- 5-7 years of experience in Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance
- 5-7 years of experience in developing learning and awareness programs for cybersecurity.
- In-depth familiarity with security policies based on industry standards and best practices
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- KnowB4 experience prefered
- Ability to form complex 'communications / messages' in a simple, clear and concise manner to the various communities within our organization. This can include different cultures, nationalities, international locations and languages.
- Advanced technical writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaboration and Planning
- Time management

**Where you'll be**
- This role is part of a remote distributed team This means you can be based _in _any of the countries where we currently have an engineering site. If you would like to join us in Dubai, Berlin, Ukraine, Russia, Poland, Pakistan, Egypt, Lebanon or Jordan, that's fine with us (Visa permitting)
- Even though we are working remotely, we are strong believers in collaboration and the power of building social connections with our teams. For that reason, our offices are still open and provide plenty of collaboration-friendly spaces at times when teams need it or if you need a quiet space to work outside of home.
- You'll be working in the location you're hired from. Due to legal and compensation considerations, you will need to be based out of the country you're hired from as your primary work location.
