A leading company in the FMCG industry in Egypt, specializing in both Eastern and Western sweets, known for their quality and freshness, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and customer satisfaction, it has become one of Cairo's most famous bakeries, is looking for a Total Rewards Supervisor.
**Job Context**: The Total Rewards Supervisor is responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's total rewards strategy to ensure competitiveness in the market and alignment with employee expectations. This includes overseeing payroll, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs while ensuring cost efficiency.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Supervise the design, implementation, and administration of the company’s compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and incentive plans.2-Conduct market analyses to benchmark compensation and benefits programs against industry standards and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Manage and track the budget for total rewards programs, ensuring that all initiatives stay within financial parameters while still achieving organizational goals.
- Provide analysis and recommendations on cost-saving measures or improvements in the rewards programs.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure alignment between performance reviews, compensation, and career development opportunities.
- Oversee the development and administration of performance management systems, ensuring they align with total rewards and business goals.
- Lead and manage key projects related to total rewards, including system implementations, program changes, and new benefit offerings.
- Lead and manage a team of payroll specialist, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings, including payroll taxes, and handle the remittance of withholding taxes.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification in compensation or benefits (such as CCP, CBP) is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience working with compensation software, benefits management systems, and HRIS platforms
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its unique talent management challenges.
- Ensure accuracy in payroll and benefits administration.
- Effectively communicate reward strategies and policies.
- Ability to guide and develop a team.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software.
