**Job Description**:
Alumni Relations:

- Handle alumni relations starting with having & maintaining an adequate and up to date database of alumni serving all SCAD services
- Contact potential profiles of graduates for participation in on campus events
- Handle projects and services related to the alumni relations and connections
- Assist in working on marketing campaigns related to alumni achievements, which involves content preparation & editing, communication with alumni & coordination with internal departments.
- Coordinate on campus/virtual alumni talks or sessions to undergraduates

Career Development tasks:

- Handle the internal coordination of the Annual Career Development Program for GUC calibers, such as activities announcements & students registrations
- Assist in delivering career development services to undergraduates and fresh graduates such as CV review, LinkedIn review
- Coordinate on campus/virtual technical or soft skills sessions/talks to GUC calibers

Students Services and other tasks
- Assist in coordinating discount program which involves communication with potential merchants
- Assist in organizing SCAD events
- Assist in some content editing tasks for SCAD material
