Main Purpose of Job:
Responsibilities:

- Create customers in SAP based on information provided by the division. Reviewing the information for completeness and accuracy based on the business requirement/process.
- Works with business units and appropriate team members to resolve Master Data issues in an efficient and timely manner
- Manage customer data and customer data integrity across systems
- Ensure Replication of data is conducted in a timely manner.
- Operate and manage established systems for the management of internal data and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate
- Ensuring full and effective inter-company communication of any process or data changes.
- In cooperation with Master Data Manager and Business Analyst develop tools required to effectively manage all customer master data issues and improve data accuracy.
- Resolve any problem areas of existing customer master data integrity and provide solutions going forward.
- Day to day management of Customer Master data updates with collation and co-ordination through data providers / users.
- Be an active member of assigned integration projects that involve Customer Master Data changes.

Required skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Experience working in strong team environment and able to use problem solving skills.
