**Technical profile/ **Your duties**:
**Infrastructure Management**:

- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of hardware infrastructure including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.

**Firewall and Security Management**:

- Configure and manage firewall systems to protect the company's network from unauthorized access and security threats.
- Implement and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard company data and assets.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.

**Internet Connectivity Management**:

- Monitor and optimize internet connectivity to ensure stable and high-speed access for all users.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues, working with service providers to resolve outages or performance issues.

**Software Tools Administration**:

- Administer software tools and platforms used by developers for coding, version control, collaboration, and project management.
- Install, configure, and maintain development environments, IDEs, and development frameworks to support software development activities.
- Provide technical support and training to developers on the use of software tools and best practices.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of hardware and software configurations, network diagrams, and security policies.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and IT infrastructure metrics for management review.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and resolutions for common IT issues to facilitate knowledge sharing and problem resolution.

**Desired Skills and Experience**

**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **6+ years of experience** in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of hardware systems including servers, storage devices, and networking equipment.
- Proficiency in** Firewall configuration** and management, with experience using **Sonic Wall**.
- Experience with **Microsoft 365**.
- Experience with **EST Solution.**
- Knowledge of **GDPR audit **is a plus.
- **Cloud Computing** experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of **Cybersecurity** best practices and familiarity with security tools such as intrusion detection systems (IDS) and endpoint protection.
- Familiarity with internet connectivity technologies such as VPNs, MPLS, and SD-WAN.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
