**The Role**

As a member of our growing Kent College Team, you will contribute to the development of a world-class School. You will work closely alongside colleagues to create an outstanding environment which will ensure our school offers the very best international experience for students, delivering learning opportunities both inside and outside the classroom which enables students to flourish and thrive. You will plan and teach the Science curriculum to students in KS3 and KS4. We currently have Year 7-Year 9 in our Secondary School. From September 2025, we will have our first cohort starting IGCSE and the plan is to deliver either Combined Science or Triple Science. As a result, we are looking to employ a teacher that has the knowledge and skills to teach Combined Science and/or Triple Science.

Outside of the classroom, the role of our academic team is to make positive contributions towards our Kent College family that requires a willingness to support the school in admissions marketing and community events as our school grows in size and stature.

- Teaching Qualification
- Experience teaching Science to children as part of the British curriculum up to KS4
- Recent relevant teaching experience (we are happy to employ exceptional ECTs and are able to provide the support and training as a BSME school)
- Experience of teaching children with EAL and children with SEN
- The ability to teach children with a range of different starting points
- Evidence of CPD
- The hunger, desire and determination to make a difference to the lives of young people
- Native UK speaker
