**Role purpose**:
To manage CRM Applications function, responsible for planning, design, implementation & support activities, as well as platform roadmap, allowing Vodafone to provide best customer experience.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**
- **Vendor Management**: Select, manage, lead, support & monitor 3rd parties serving Vodafone objectives.
- **Budget**: Plan and manage budget efficiently to achieve requested business targets.
- **People**: Recruit, lead, manage, & develop team to achieve targets and fulfil aspirations.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**
- Extensive Knowledge of Master Data Management, RDBMS technologies, SOA.
- Manage diverse teams in highly uncertain, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team environment and communicate at all levels of an organization, including C-Level.

**Must have technical /professional qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science/Engineering, Masters/MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of IT experience, with 8 years of telecom experience, 5+ years leading teams.
- 5+ years of billing and CRM experience.
