Human Resources Operations Assistant Manager

Keep track of the challenges and issues raised through monitoring reports from divisions to see how this will impact on the objectives of its Strategic Plan.
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual business and operations plan aligning with the project different sections.
- Support the division’s work in the project and the Results Based Monitoring.
- Maintain and organise paper records of monitoring Attendance reports.
- Draft, edit and proof read letters, briefs, speeches, memoranda and other documents.
- Provide minute taking and summary record duties as required.
- Coordinate with the Site Manager and HRBP for any data or reports required.
- Cooperate with the Site head to manage, follow up and control the implementation of the annual training and recruitment plan, and prepare the monthly payroll & transactions accordingly.
- Monitor, analyse and report on budgets and forecasts to the Portfolio Manager and/or Business Manager, highlighting any variances, and providing suggestions for resolution.
- Follow up the updating of the Org. Chart of the company, reviewing the plans regularly to ensure tasks and milestones are being achieved in a timely manner.
- Follow up on any actions, quickly address any difficulties, and escalate issues with the HRBP where necessary.
- prepare agendas and programs for meetings and follow-up implementation of their contents with site employees
- conduct the monthly meetings regards the Daily Labours issues which need to quick action to be discussed with the concerned managers
- Conduct the weekly or monthly interviews regard the recruitment plan.
- Performing administrative duties coordinating with admin & security section.
- Provide the needed support to the departments’ managers.
- Follow up the medical care company for more employees’ satisfaction.
- Prepare HR reports on the project's operational departments and forward to the HRBP and Site Manager once request
- Documenting and archiving data, information and reports on the employee’s files.
- Build the project database for the all employee’s data.
