**Role purpose**: Cyber Security Tester as part of the Cyber Defence department within Vodafone Cyber Security and Penetration testing for different technologies & solutions vendors through liaising with different business domains to capture business requirements and customer’s needs, the role include leading and managing virtual technology teams during the design and implementation of the new services and solutions, leading solution assurance with other technology domains throughout delivery phase and provide support for: Code Review, Red & Purple Team, OSINT, Network, Application and Mobile penetration testing

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
To lead the technical reports, outlining both the technical and business risk with each identified vulnerability, including clearly defined steps for exploit replication as well as practical remediation strategies
Provide support for on-going incidents in case of extremely complex cyber Security issues.
Capturing customer/business requirements and analysing those requirements from a technical feasibility point of view and aim to improve security earlier in the development lifecycle
Leading and managing virtual technology teams, managing different stakeholders to create tooling and internal documentation to assist in future exploitation of vulnerabilities identified during an engagement
Act as the main technical representative of the project team and competence area to all stakeholders, including the customer and Technology management.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
5+ years of experience in professional penetration testing
Requires developed communication and influencing skills to exchange complex information in relation to penetration testing
Ability to develop workable product solutions to address the strategic imperatives of the business

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
University degree in Information Security or equivalent.
Cyber attacker mindset, a good learner with an innovative mind, and problem-solving abilities.
Solid knowledge and experience of using a variety of penetration testing or threat modelling tools including open source and commercial
Experience in secure code review, coding design development, and risk mitigation. Working within a growing team of Union Coop's Penetration Testers working on cyber-security assessments, vulnerability detection, and improving the code's security
International experience desirable (working internationally and / or working with global solutions)
Advanced knowledge of cloud datacentre solutions and platforms
Good Knowledge of different programming and automation languages (C++, Python, Ansible..)
Good Knowledge in Virtualization and cloud infrastructure (Openstack, VMWare,..)
