Affiliate Marketing Executive

**Summary**:
As an Affiliate Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in managing partner relations and driving the performance of affiliates. Your responsibilities include maintaining and strengthening relationships with a portfolio of affiliates, analyzing performance, and ensuring fast, responsive, and proactive communications to uphold their satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of affiliates, ensuring consistent and productive communication to support affiliate needs and drive mutual growth.
- Engage in partner relationship management (PRM), addressing affiliate concerns, pushing offers, and maintaining a proactive approach to meet the KPIs and sustain affiliate satisfaction.
- Analyze the performance of affiliates, providing timely feedback and discussing performance trends, reasons for any fluctuations, and actionable insights to enhance results.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and swiftly respond to affiliate inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering a proactive and positive working relationship.
- Collaborate with the Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) to optimize affiliate performance and ensure KPIs are met, leveraging analytical tools and data insights.
- Demonstrate a patient and empathetic approach, using excellent communication skills to provide clear feedback and support to affiliates.
**Requirements**:
- Min. 1 year of experience in affiliate or digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast responsiveness and a proactive approach to addressing affiliate concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights and effectively communicate performance reviews to affiliates.
- Patience and empathy, supporting affiliates in understanding their performance and enhancing their results.
