**Role Purpose**:
This role is responsible for supporting a team of Account Managers on sales administration activities within our critical infrastructure and multinational business accounts. You will also be facing our customers both in direct and indirect communication channels.

Delivering best in class account management sales and admin support and ensuring erosion of existing revenue is minimised and revenue is optimised where possible. Working across internal and external stakeholders globally to provide sales amin support to meet the SLA requirements ensuring that the Account Managers team are constantly exploiting their portfolio of accounts will be key to your success.

You will be accountable for ensuring that the Account Manager’s get high standard of sales admin support to meet to meet critical infrastructure and multinational account KPI’s.

In this role you will be expected to work closely across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders of our Global Enterprise customers. You will need to have the ability to work with the critical accounts team to close out tasks and requests within set SLA’s/OLA’s. The ability to problem-solve and work on your own initiative as well as excellent organizational skills and time management skills will be key to success.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Provide sales and admin support to the team of Account Managers making sure that the SLA’s are being met
- Identify and manage customer sales admin requirements
- Work collaboratively with field sales throughout the sales cycle to solution deliver to ensure that the service is delivered
- Management of day-to-day information flow between Account Managers, the business, and our customer base
- Liaise with customers to assist with reporting requests
- Assist our customers both in direct and indirect communication channels
- Administer the sales quotation process - pricing, specification, and presentation of quotations to clients or Account Managers (where applicable)
- Preparation of sales contracts and agreements
- Communicate relevant Customer feedback and liaise where appropriate with our Operations and Quality/Technical departments
- General support tasks such as scheduling appointments, issuing reports, sales record keeping, Ignite updates, AutoSoW updates and tasks, etc

- A highly driven, self-motivated individual with the passion to succeed
- A highly organised person with the ability to follow admin processes and improve them, where required, also efficient with time-management skills required to meet deadlines
- Ability to engage with different stakeholders and provide sales admin support to the team of Account Managers managing the portfolio of critical infrastructure and multinational accounts
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with partners and colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Ability to establish credibility by understanding their business challenges and needs
- Understanding of industry trends and challenges
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, organizational & communication skills, discipline, attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Strong admin skills essential with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Customer focused, strong interpersonal, written & communication skills with an ability to quickly adapt a rapport with others
- Self-motivated and energetic approach with an ability to work on one’s own or in a small team

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Proficient command of English
- Microsoft office suite Good to have
- Knowledge of CRM system such as Salesforce, QlikView, etc.
