**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to support the Senior CRM Manager in executing impactful CRM campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience in customer relationship management who is passionate about execution and operational excellence in CRM strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Execution**:

- Ensure timely deployment of campaigns in alignment with the CRM strategy.
- **Content and Template Management**:

- Work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging templates and messages.
- Update and maintain content libraries for CRM channels.
- **Data Management**:

- Use CRM platforms to segment audiences based on campaign goals and user behaviors.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to the team.
- **Customer Journeys**:

- Support in setting up and maintaining customer onboarding and engagement journeys.
- Monitor journey performance and suggest optimizations for better user experience.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Assist the Senior CRM Manager with day-to-day tasks and projects.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in CRM execution.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Basic understanding of personalization and audience segmentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and Big Query.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JS, and other supporting languages for creating mailers, automating reports will be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
