Saisir et récupérer des informations stockées dans des bases de données informatiques à l'aide d'un clavier, d'une souris ou d'une trackball afin de mettre à jour les dossiers, fichiers, réservations et de répondre aux demandes des clients. Transmettre des informations ou des documents par ordinateur, courrier ou fax. Utiliser les autres équipements de bureau standard (hors ordinateur). Préparer des lettres, mémos et autres documents à l'aide de logiciels de traitement de texte, de tableur, de base de données ou de présentation. Gérer l'envoi et la réception de courrier, y compris l'oblitération, ainsi que la distribution interne. Créer et tenir à jour des archives et des systèmes de classement papier et informatiques pour les dossiers, rapports, documents, etc. Rassembler, copier, trier et classer les dossiers des tâches administratives, des transactions commerciales et autres activités. Saisir et trouver des informations professionnelles à l'aide d'ordinateurs et/ou de systèmes de point de vente.
Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et recevoir les clients selon les standards de la chaîne, anticiper leurs besoins et y répondre, aider les personnes handicapées et remercier chaleureusement les clients. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication ; préparer et corriger avec précision et exhaustivité des documents rédigés et répondre au téléphone en employant le langage approprié. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs ; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
