LVS 3101 LPG Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
As an Engineering Manager for LV you will be mainly be accountable for Managing a team of designers/engineers to deliver high quality, cost effective, and timely engineering solutions to customers. Formulates plan and allocates resources to meet the agreed contractual and financial targets. Also, initiates, coordinates, drives, and oversees team development and continual improvement of processes and procedures to strengthen the engineering and design capability. To assure this statement you will be: - Defining operating guidelines for the team and ensures their implementation. - Overseeing progress within their own area of responsibility and identifies and manages technical issues. - Guiding the team in building engineering / operational capability through training, mentoring, and shadowing programs. - Ensuring (with HR support) that their own area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed. - Guiding, motivates, coaches, and develops direct and indirect subordinates in line with HR policies. - Ensuring the projects/operations value chain portfolio follows sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures and that the projects are closed as per the contract specifications. - Initiating, coordinating, driving, and overseeing continual improvement of processes and procedures to strengthen the engineering / design capability and efficiency, utilize agile methodologies to reduce engineering lead time, and enhance functional safety and cybersecurity. - Participating in defining the annual budget for their own area of responsibility and is accountable for managing performance against agreed financial targets and constraints. - Conducting regular progress reviews and identifies and manages technical risks. - Ensures the completion of risk and opportunity assessments (e.g. variation orders and claims) and the implementation of resulting actions across projects. - Driving team performance to ensure that the deliverables are met on time and as per the set contract specifications and safety, cyber security, and quality requirements. - Ensuring that the Engineering teams are adequately resourced, developed, and equipped to meet business needs. - Ensures that type tests (if applicable) are carried out to meet the contractual obligations. - Ensuring that factory acceptance tests / inspections at suppliers’ premises (if applicable) are carried out to meet the contractual obligations of systems orders. - Providing necessary support to project management, manufacturing, and/or quality during the validation testing of integrated factory acceptance test and/or digital solutions.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- +8 Years of Exp on electrical engineering Field with proven years of Exp in management, LV Systems, and Integrated system)
