Pipeline Gurus, a leading Sales-as-a-Service provider in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success in using our sales solutions. You will collaborate with our global network of top-tier sales professionals to deliver personalized sales strategies that align with our clients' goals and vision. At Pipeline Gurus, we handle the entire sales cycle, optimize processes, and collaborate with resellers to conquer new markets - and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Manager to help us achieve our mission.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, helping them set up and configure the SaaS solution to meet their specific requirements. Provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by being a trusted advisor and main point of contact. Develop a deep understanding of their goals, challenges, and business objectives.
- Develop and execute customized success plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Use data analytics to track customer success metrics, such as adoption rates, usage patterns, and ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to customers on their progress.
- Identify potential signs of customer dissatisfaction or disengagement and take proactive steps to prevent churn. Provide personalized solutions to address underlying issues.
- Work closely with the Product team to provide valuable feedback and insights from customer interactions and ensure a positive user experience.
- Analyze customer data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success management or account management in the information technology and services industry.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with key stakeholders, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract insights.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
