**Job duties**:

- Analyzing samples of raw materials, packing and packaging materials to ensure compliance with standard specifications.
- Analyzing finished product and expiry date samples before releasing the product.
- Annual calibration for lab equipment.
- Providing and training technicians on new methods of analysis.
- Following up on critical control points and reporting any deviations if they occur.
- Monitoring the implementation of industrial safety and occupational health instructions.
- Implementing quality standards.
- Ensure that all materials meet the specifications
- Responsible for managing and organizing the Laboratory staff
- Responsible for implementation and enforcement of sampling plans and control products at all stages of manufacture
- Ensures all lab analyses are completed in a timely manner, according to test method.
- Improve current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure studies are conducted for finished products as per cGMP requirements
- Perform analytical method validation.
- Install, calibrate and maintain lab instruments
- Responsible for the validation and synthesis of results issued by the laboratory
- Responsible of the communication of the results of various services (including non-compliant)
- Manager in the lab of the QMS implementation and its update
- Guarantees compliance with the rules of hygiene, safety....in the Laboratory

- BSc of Chemistry., Science or Pharmaceutical science
- 5-7 hands-on experience with dairies quality "lab".
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- FMCG Experiece is a MUST
