Dirigir los juegos en las mesas de acuerdo con las reglas del juego, las políticas y procedimientos de operación del casino, la reglamentación local y la reglamentación del departamento de apuestas. Vigilar que las apuestas sean apropiadas. Monitorear la cantidad de fichas vendidas y cambiar la nominación de cada jugador. Asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean pulcros y profesionales, y mantener la confidencialidad de la información propiedad de la compañía y proteger sus bienes. Dar la bienvenida y atender a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con las normas de la compañía, anticiparse a las necesidades de servicio de los huéspedes y atenderlas, asistir a las personas con discapacidades y agradecer a los huéspedes con sinceridad. Hablar con otras personas usando un lenguaje claro y profesional. Cultivar y mantener relaciones de trabajo positivas con los demás y apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comunes. Satisfacer las expectativas y los estándares de calidad. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y colocar objetos con un peso inferior a 10 libras (4,5 Kg) sin asistencia. Estar de pie, sentarse o caminar durante un largo período de tiempo. Ejecutar otras tareas de trabajo razonables solicitadas.
