Welcome customers to the store and answer their quires. -Present, Promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers - Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on products features. -Establish, develop and maintain positive business customer relationship. -expedite the resolution of customer problems and complains to maximize customer satisfaction. -Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcome within schedule.
- Proven work experience (+3 years) as a retail sales / sales representative. -Proficiency using MS office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) -Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practice. -Basic Math skills -Language: Arabic/ English proficiency. -Communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to perform under pressure. -For males: military status: Completed.
