We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Driver Operations Team Leader to oversee and manage our driver operations across the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. This leadership role is critical to ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality driver operations, with a focus on operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies for driver acquisition and activation, including selecting channels, optimizing tools, and coordinating team
- Lead and manage a team of supervisors and specialists focused on driver acquisition and activation
- Conduct surveys to identify user pain points at regional, country, and city levels
Research competitors within the region, country, and city
- Create and oversee projects based on research findings in collaboration with other departments, setting and achieving specific goals
- Budget and manage projects to align with and achieve strategic objectives
- Conduct customer development (CustDev) through field research with drivers and passengers
- Collaborate cross_functionally with other departments and teams to enhance existing processes and develop new ones

**Qualifications**:

- Over 3 years of team management experience with proven strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated expertise in sales and user acquisition
- Proficient in English (upper
- intermediate level)
- Willing and able to travel as needed
- Comprehensive experience in full-cycle project management
- Proficient in utilizing various marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
