**What you'll do**:

- Process Outgoing and Incoming Payments (input, processing, correction, etc.) on daily basis.
- Reconciliation of Payments with System and ensuring integrity of settlement cycle on daily basis.
- Investigation and troubleshooting for transactions presenting issues.
- Prepare Partner Bank Report with the current position.
- Handle pre-settlement/settlement exception cases and post-settlement investigations.
- Handling Internal Technical issues related to the reconciliation phase and Settlement phase.
- Monitoring suspicious/fraud transactions, update fraud rules and follow regulations.
- Participate in new product or system upgrade projects, including assist in workflow design or testing as required.
- Identify areas where controls and procedures can be improved in the preparation of the account reconciliations and propose solutions.
- Develop and maintain written operational procedures for all tasks performed and cross train to provide effective support to all team members.
- Ensures regulations are adhered to and proper action is taken to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Work on the additional activities covered by Finance Department during the month or during Closing Cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success in working with excellent products.
- Superior communication skills in Arabic and English both written & spoken.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Collaborative & Creative person.
- A strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Analytical person with genuine interest in people.
