Dirigir y asistir a los camareros para que la limpieza sea más eficiente. Asegurarse de que la temperatura del agua y la cantidad de productos químicos sean las adecuadas para la limpieza y que se esto se documente. Asistir con la distribución de comida de Banquetes. Asistir a los cocineros y al personal de cocina con diversas tareas, según sea necesario. Proporcionar a los cocineros los elementos necesarios. Transportar la mercadería y garantizar la cantidad adecuada de existencias a fin de brindar apoyo para el banquete y el bufé. Guardar los artículos limpios en el lugar que corresponda. Operar y mantener los equipos y artículos de limpieza, incluidos el lavavajillas, los puestos de lavado manual, los puestos para fregar ollas y el triturador de basura. Asistir a la gerencia en la contratación, capacitación, programación, evaluación, asesoramiento, disciplina, motivación y entrenamiento de los empleados. Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía; informar al gerente los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras; y realizar capacitaciones y obtener certificaciones de seguridad. Asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean pulcras y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada y proteger los bienes de la compañía. Recibir y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía; anticiparse a sus necesidades de servicio y atenderlas. Hablar con los demás utilizando un lenguaje claro y profesional. Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás; apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comunes. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las expectativas y los estándares de calidad. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 50 libras o menos. Estar de pie, tomar asiento o caminar durante un período prolongado de tiempo. Estirarse por encima de la cabeza y debajo de la rodillas, incluso agacharse, retorcerse, torcerse y encorvarse. Trasladarse por superficies inclinadas, irregulares o resbalosas. Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisors.

Educación: Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de un programa de
Desarrollo de Educación General (General Educational Development, GED).
Experiência laboral afín: Al menos 2 años de experiência laboral afín.
Experiência como supervisor: Al menos 1 año de experiência como supervisor.
Licencia o certificación: Ninguna
