Overview:
TechSA is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Media Buyer to lead digital advertising efforts targeting the B2B market in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on optimizing paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads, drive engagement, and build brand recognition among corporate clients interested in call center outsourcing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning:
- Develop tailored digital media buying strategies to meet business objectives for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Identify high-performing digital platforms and channels suitable for B2B audiences, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
2. Market Analysis:
- Conduct research on B2B buyer personas, competitive landscape, and digital consumption trends in the Saudi market.
- Stay informed about regional business developments and regulations affecting digital marketing.
3. Campaign Management:
- Set up, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager).
- Design and implement audience targeting strategies to attract decision-makers, such as CXOs, IT managers, and operations heads.
- Leverage retargeting and lookalike audiences to nurture potential leads.
4. Negotiation & Buying:
- Secure competitive ad placements and explore premium publisher opportunities in the Middle East business ecosystem.
- Collaborate with ad networks for better pricing on high-value ad spaces.
5. Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROI, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or native platform analytics.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and CTAs to enhance click-through rates and conversions.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with TechSA’s marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with lead qualification and business goals.
- Partner with designers to ensure ad creatives resonate with the B2B audience.
7. Reporting & Insights:
- Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Propose data-driven optimizations and enhancements to future strategies.
8. Compliance & Brand Safety:
- Ensure all campaigns comply with local regulations, platform policies, and TechSA’s brand guidelines.
- Monitor and address brand safety risks on programmatic platforms.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- 3+ years of experience in digital media buying with a focus on B2B markets.
- Proven success in running LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in advertising platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic DSPs.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics or Data Studio.
- Understanding of audience targeting techniques, including ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
Soft Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and familiarity with its B2B buying cycle.
- Experience in the technology, outsourcing, or call center services industry.
