Showroom Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable furniture and furnishing solutions.
- Provide detailed product information, including features, materials, and pricing.
- **Sales & Upselling**:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product presentation and upselling techniques.
- Offer promotions, discounts, and financing options to encourage purchases.
- **Showroom Maintenance**:
- Maintain the showroom's cleanliness and organization to create an appealing environment.
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled and displayed according to company guidelines.
- **Order Management**:
- Process sales orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, returns, and exchanges professionally.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest furniture trends, materials, and company product lines.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product and sales expertise.
- **Team Collaboration**
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail or showroom sales role, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
