**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Team Management**:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure the showroom runs smoothly.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide training and development to team members to enhance product knowledge and customer service.
- **Sales & Customer Experience**:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle high-value clients and provide expert advice on furniture and furnishings selection.
- **Inventory & Visual Merchandising**:

- Ensure proper stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for inventory management.
- Oversee showroom aesthetics, including display arrangements and seasonal changes.
- Monitor market trends to recommend new products and enhance the showroom's appeal.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Analyze performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or similar role in the **furniture and furnishings industry**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Excellent understanding of showroom sales, merchandising, and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
