**Scope**
maintaining buildings, the surrounding grounds and a variety of supplies and equipment. They also handle environmental factors, oversee maintenance and supervise tools, stationaries in the facility. organize in facility customer training, OJT, documentations, OJT certificates etc.. Consolidate all documentation of the different contracts for smooth invoicing follow up ENR letter content “ create manual tracking system to make sure that all issues have been resolved successfully. follow up with the team the successful closure support Farz team in Admin, supplies etc.. maintain high level of quality documentation of the master service agreement Support Service Team travels as well as fly in fly out service team. follow up documentation for the availability and reliability Front office interface, Support visitors PPE, ensure compliance to the induction etc. manager the translation of Service team from - to customer Act as customer front interface in the facility managing post in/out

**Qualification**
Admin assistance with commercial, finance background Strong Arabic/English is a must very strong excel, smartsheets, PowerPoint Strong knowledge about EHS
