**Responsibilities**:
**1. Store Management**:

- Lead and execute the overall e-commerce strategy, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze website traffic and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.

**2. Marketing and Promotions**:

- Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including product descriptions, visuals, and promotions.
- Utilize SEO and other online marketing techniques to enhance the store's visibility and search engine rankings.

**3. Customer Engagement**:

- Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly, ensuring a positive and responsive online presence.
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve the overall shopping experience.

**4. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing and merchandising strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or in a similar role within the beauty or personal care industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- WordPress knowledge.
