Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and troubleshooting customer issues on a day-to-day basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, New grad
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: E£6,200.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
