Human Resources Senior Supervisor
A Human Resources Senior Supervisor serving Hilton Brand hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
**What will I be doing?**
- Listen and respond to inquiries made by individuals calling or walking into the Human Resource office using a clear speaking voice to meet their needs
- Assists terminated employees in exiting process by visually examining exit check list to ensure correctness, and visually offering exit interview form.
- Answers questions, provides forms or directions. Refers all complex situations (complaints of harassment, etc) promptly to Human Resources Manager.
- Ensures that sufficient numbers of forms and proper level of supply are maintained in the Human Resources office.
- Provides administrative assistance suchas filing paperwork, copy and distribute disciplinary action notices, breakdown, sort and deliver PAF's making new hire and termination files, copy and send exemptreviews toemployee files/managers and department heads. Maintain department and personnel files. Creates and distributes memos, flyers and newsletters, as assigned.
- Communicates challenges to Director, Human Resources. Processes Payroll for the location assigned. Communicates with Centralizedpayroll representatives, managers and employees in regards to payroll.
- To conduct monthly Personnel file audits in line with annual HR Audit criteria and ensure that; any corrective action that is needed is taken.
- Controls locker assignments by maintaining written records of locker numbers and combination. Request in writing and discuss verbally repairs and key duplications for lockers as needed.*Prepare ID cards, name tags, punch cards as necessary.

- Previous experience in or equivalent role (at least 5 years)
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work on their own or in teams
- StrongcomputerliteracyincludingknowledgeofWindowsXPandMicrosoftOfficeSuiteofproducts including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Knowledge of effective reporting and tracking systems for project planning and execution.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Knowledge of hospitality
- HR Diploma is an asset
