You will be working as EPC Sales Specialist and will be part of Electrification Area for Distribution Solutions Digital Division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible to The EPC Sales Specialist has the overall responsibility for the customer (and the customer’s customer) within the EPC channel and has the responsibility to identify and cultivate new customers and new opportunities. She/he facilitates the sales process from identified potential to implemented sale/contract in order to achieve the sales targets of the EPC sector.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Ensure that market information, such as the assessment of business potential within the EPC channel, monitoring of competitor, offering to customers, price levels, is updated and documented in written form in the provided system.
- Ensure the prompt provision of information to the sales management about new influence in the market use the proper updated marketing material including price lists & other commitments (e.g., time of delivery).
- Understand the underlying need of the customer and identify new business possibilities. Run the negotiation with the customer and move the business to the agreed upon margins, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Participate and contribute with the various risk assessments - register the assessment data into the appropriate database.
- Chart out and monitor sales proposal (e.g., quantity, margin, product/system), & follow up on the statistics.
- Follow up on proposal and the lead the process negotiation till order registration in accordance with the establish process.
- Fulfill the expected number of customer visits, log the visit, and communicate the result with the sales management team.
**Your background**:
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to connect & build credibility with EPC customers.
- Good presentation skills, and familiarity with std. IS tools.
- Ability to work in a team and a matrix organization.
