The employer provides services such as: the cleaning of offices and industrial premises, landscaping and maintenance of green spaces, maintenance work and small repairs, office management, painting and industrial coating work, HVAC and technical maintenance.
TASKS DESCRIPTION
The employer is looking for Project Coordinators to work on their long-term project. The are looking for people with supervising experience to join their team of Project Coordinators to deliver and guide qualitative projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- You report to the project manager.
- You lead a team of workers and motivate them to perform the work within the assigned quality and safety standards.
- You are the point of contact for our clients, and ensure good and correct communication between the client and the Project Manager.
- You are the direct contact person on site
- You have to solve problems when they occur.
- Adjust planning and work proactively when necessary.
- Handle questions of the client.
- You are responsible for complying with the quality, safety, health and environmental policy (HSE) on our site, and make the necessary decisions in this respect.
- You engage in conversations about possible improvements.
- If the safety standards are not respected, you communicate this with your team and explain them how to do it.
- You ensure that the equipment and installations are respected.
- You ensure good reporting to the Project Manager and keep him informed of possible contract extensions, possible problem situations, etc...
- You are responsible for the personnel planning of your team in consultation with your colleagues.
- Finally, you take care of part of the site administration.

- Communicate with partners about equipment.
- Acquire the necessary permits.
- Measure and report.
PROFILE
- You have a technical education.
- You need a safety mindset.
- You have a good knowledge of the MS Office tools.
- You have a VCA certificate or are willing to get one.
- You do not need experience with industrial painting, but you need a strong interest and technical affinity.
- You have good and clear English skills at B2-C1 level, this is the language you will communicate in. French or Romanian are a plus.
- You have at least 5 years of experience working in the industrial and/or construction sector in a leading role.
- You are solution-minded and proactive.
- You have a valid driving license B and experience driving.
CONDITIONS
Regular hours per week 40h/week
Paycheck Monthly
Gross salary / month €4000-€4500 (not a lot of experience) €5000 (experience in painting with certificates)
Average net salary / month €2500-€3000
Mealvouchers Yes, €7.75/worked day (of which €1.09 taxes)
Hospitalisation insurance -Yes, including family members provided compensation
Company car + fuel card - Volkswagen ID3 or ID4 gets ordered if you start working. - Replacement car until it arrives. - European fuel card, also for private use.

Extra - Phone and subscription (also private use) - Laptop - Yearly bonus (after one year of work)
Overtime - Sometimes, depending on the season (more work in summer, less work when it rains)
How is overtime paid? Extra holidays in calmer periods
Working hours - 8:00-17:00
HOUSING & TRANSPORTATION
- The employer provides free shared accommodation for the first six months. A separate room is always provided.
- The employee is obliged to pay tax on "free housing". The amount depends on the price of the flat, but is much lower than the actual cost of accommodation. We assume that this will be between € 200-400 per month.
- The employee has six months to find their own accommodation. The total cost of renting a flat falls on the employee after six months.
- If the employee decides to move to independent accommodation before six months have expired, Iris will not financially compensate the loss.
- Similarly, if the applicant is already living in the job area or if they secures their own accommodation from day one, the company will not compensate the loss financially.
- The cost of arrival is paid by the employee. The company does not cover the cost of arrival.
Pay: E£135,000.00 - E£168,000.00 per month
