About This Job:
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for the sales performance of the Astellas oncology portfolio across Alexandria, Behira, Kafr el sheikh and Tanta. The position will be based out of Alexandria, Egypt, reporting directly to the National Oncology Manager.

As a Product Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support the Astellas transformation journey and shape up the future ways of working to achieve financial targets. You will be responsible to expand relationships with existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow the assigned Astellas portfolio

Key Activities:

- You will be responsible for the sales performance of the Astellas oncology portfolio in the respected country through effective territory management, expert disease area and product knowledge and through the building of strong relationships with HCPs and payer organisations.
- You will meet the assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned portfolio and geography.
- Identify and close on business opportunities through active collaboration with team members.
- Continuously enhance therapy and market knowledge, sales, and personal skills.
- Realize synergetic advantages and alignment within the assigned portfolio.
- You will support sales & marketing activities in the assigned geography.
- Work closely together with the Sales Force Effectiveness department to enhance the Astellas ability to successfully stay in tune with market needs and to obtain optimal sales performance.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

- Substantial experience in a direct field sales role working with a Global Multinational Pharma organization in Egypt.
- Speciality care experience is essential. Oncology would be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills and ability to develop and maintain good working relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to influence and work effectively within a matrix and multi-cultural environment
- Fluency in English & Arabic

Preferred Knowledge & Experience
- Experience managing both private and government sector would be highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel & MS PowerPoint in particular)

Educations/Qualifications
- Education to University level (preferably Pharmacy degree) or equivalent.
