- Responsible for operating all of the cooling units in the facility as well as controlling and ensuring the maintenance of the cold rooms.
- Control the ice-makers and carry out monthly maintenance.
- Carry out daily general controls and maintenance of the cooling groups and prevent any gas leakages
- Supervise tasks assigned by his/her manager that are related to the department and position. And distribute it between A/C Technicians.
- Work on a shift basis and start the shift on time.
- Must always look clean and proper and wear a uniform.
- Keep the work space clean and ensure that it is cleaned after the work is complete.
- Take part in any work that requires the full participation of the Technical Service Department.
- Work according to the policies, procedures and instructions identified by the Chief Engineer.
- Take part in the Emergency Response Teams.
- Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities.
- Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.
- Must take all measures required for occupational and worker health and comply with all measures taken.

**Qualifications**
- ** Education**: At least a vocational high school or certificate of proficiency obtained from an apprenticeship training centre.
- ** Experience**: At least 5 years of practical experience required by the job.
- ** Foreign Language**: Not required.
- ** Courses and Training**: Not required.
- ** Computer Literacy**: required.
- ** Skills**: Expected to use non-standard, specific tools and devices related to the job and that can be learned in a few months. If necessary, expected to possess certification in the related field (apprenticeship certification, semi-skilled certification. Expected to possess technical knowledge about the methods, techniques and processes related to certain areas of the job
