- Now we are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor, who will be responsible for the MENA region. If you have supervisory experience in Customer Service we are waiting for your CV
**Tasks and duties are to**:
- Helping and solving appeals of users;
- Translation of texts;
- Training and hiring new agents;
- Supervise and monitor the activities of agents;
- Control the compliance of agents with production discipline;
- Prepare reports on the quality of work;
- Answering questions from staff and providing guidance and feedback;
- Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated.
**You will be a good fit for our team if you**:
- Developed communication skills;
- Fluent in Arabic, and English;
- Knowledge Russian language would be an advantage;
- Competent verbal and written communication;
- The initiative, independence, focus on the result, the ability to bring things to a close;
- Ability to work with large amounts of information, multi-tasking;
- Organizational skills;
- Management skills;
- Friendliness, tactfulness, and resistance to stress;
- Assiduity, patience;
- Work experience in a similar position;
- Willingness to travel.
**What do we offer**:
- The probation period for 3 months;
- Initial training;
- Working hours: shift work from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and 8:00 pm to 8:00 am, 2 days on and 2 days off.
