**Job Description**:
We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient **"Project success manager f/m"** to join our team. You will work closely to coordinate and complete position's tasks as follow:

- Lead the internal product validation program internally and provide the needed enhancements.
- Perform interviews with different customer segments for understanding the needs.
- SPoC between the Sales teams and the software team.
- Responsible for the POC implementation and follow up with the customer and partners.
- Creates/updates Key Account Plans, defines strategic approach& value proposition
- Manage account's activity in terms of regular customer visits in line with agreed turnover, potential priority
- Responsible for new lead generation and new account approaches.
- Partner on boarding, hiring new distributes and system integrator, and facilitating the on boarding and providing the needed material and presentations.
- Develop strong relationships with system integrator and distributors and partners.
- Develop strategic growth and marketing plans by engaging in regular visits to the customers and the market.
- Provide timely feedback in areas of market requirements, customer issues, distributor activity, new business opportunities, competition and any other matters deemed to be important to grow the business.
- Explore new African market and build sales and partners there.
- Perform market research, build strategies, and action plans to lock down competition.
- Responsible for continues updates and follow up on the validation of Bosch innovation IOT lock.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree of engineering or relevant degree.
- 7-10 years of experience.
- Experience and knowledge of either logistic market Market and cycle is a must.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Good understanding of software and different coding languages.
- Ability of creating different Eco-system solution depending on the existing hardware.
- Entrepreneur mindset and interest for joining a start-up project within an enterprise.
- Ability to innovate new business and financial model depending on ARR and SAAS.
- Understanding of smart solution market and IOT market and ability to support the Eco-system structure.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising accuracy or quality.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Perfect communication skills.
- Perfect relation management customer.
- Structured follow up style.
