**About the role**:
As the Operations Manager - Logistics (**Last Mile & Fulfillment**) for Emerging Markets, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire order fulfillment process, from order placement to final delivery. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Last Mile Operations**:

- **Delivery Management**: Oversee the entire delivery process, including route planning, driver management, and performance tracking.
- **Delivery Partner Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners to ensure optimal performance.
- **Delivery Optimization**: Continuously analyze and optimize delivery routes and schedules to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
- **Customer Experience**: Monitor and improve the customer delivery experience, addressing any issues promptly.

**Fulfillment Operations**:

- **Order Processing**: Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock rotation.
- **Warehouse Operations**: Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and picking products.
- **Packaging and Shipping**: Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products for shipment.

**Shared Responsibilities**:

- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support.
- **Performance Management**: Set clear performance expectations, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular feedback.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing last-mile operations and fulfillment centers.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
