**Job Description**:
**SUMMARY**:
A marketing role on growing event, Egypt Energy.

We are seeking a brilliant Arabic and English speaking Marketing Manager, who excels in great copywriting, proactive stakeholder management, customer-centric outputs and with a content, comms and branding background.

**Job Purpose**:
To build and deliver successful marketing campaigns for Egypt Energy in line with agreed KPI's.

**Job Accountabilities**:
**_ Key Performance Indicators_**
- Delivery and optimisation of marketing campaigns in line with business objectives set by Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Director and Event Director
- Adherence to timelines and budgets
- Marketing KPI report
- Development of line reports

**_ Key dimensions:_**

**_ Team, Stakeholder & Agency Management:_**
- Line manage 1 report (Marketing Executive) working on Egypt
- Work with line report & marketing team to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns in line with agreed KPI’s, event and divisional strategy
- Active communication, consistently working with line report in agile framework to develop skills and competencies and ensure they have a clear development roadmap
- Ensure adoption and optimisation of marketing technology solutions, identify training needs and ensure line report is technically proficient
- Manage Social Media campaigns
- Find and manage the agencies / freelancers to appoint across Video production, Creative, Hosted Buyer and PR
- Weekly reporting of ongoing campaign

**_ Analysis & Insight:_**
- Identify essential audience segments to attend, creating a plan to build and engage these audiences
- Monitor campaign performance, produce relevant and timely reports and recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights
- Share relevant insights with sales and event team to drive revenues or pursue new opportunities
- Analyse and report trends over time and use these insights to build more effective campaigns
- Work with data & insights specialists to capture relevant and timely data (onsite & post show surveys, registration forms, industry research etc)
- Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are adhered to
- Provide pre-agreed reports during and post campaign to monitor channel effectiveness and ROI
- Use recommended campaign analytics dashboards daily to monitor performance
- Build a culture of testing and data-driven decision making in the team
- Share case studies with marketers within the team, division and Informa Markets

**_ Planning & Campaign Management:_**
- Work with show teams to plan event marketing campaigns to meet strategic objectives
- Work with sales / commercial teams to create lead gen and nurture campaigns to deliver highly qualified Exhibitor leads
- Create Visprom campaigns to attract in attendees to Egypt Energy
- Build operational campaign plans and ensure adherence to deadlines (including Gant charts, Time & Action Plans, Content Calendars, Budget Trackers)
- Understand and research local market to place best OOH, Radio and TV advertising
- Identify target media, associations, industry partners and social media influencers and determine how they fit within the integrated campaign
- Own marketing budgets in line with plans and maintain budget trackers, optimising spend across marketing channels
