- Follow the strategic partnerships signings as well as new merchants with efficient GTM & communication plan.
- Design best in class Customer Experience across channels through continuously enhancing and updating the customer journey flow and minimizing and failed processes and transactions
- Responsible for Market Intelligence analysis to identify the gaps between our services & competitors
