**What you’ll do**:
The primary function of this role is to provide technical product support (pre-sales and post-sales) for Eaton’s critical power components & solutions. The main task is to handle technical RFQs for the Middle East region as a first-level point of contact within the organization. The role is linked with a wide variety of stakeholders (Product Groups, Partners, Customers, Business units) to help respond to daily inquiries & technical queries.

In this role, you will:
Support relationships with the consultants, key customers, and the channels.
Deliver presentations on Eaton's solutions to external and internal stakeholders.
Provide input for new product development and champion innovation initiatives.
Interface with sales representatives, Level 2 technical support, sales managers, product management, and partners, as well as bringing valuable information for a product or a solution.
Provide support to sales and customers in the pre-sales on Engineer to Order (ETO) solutions.
Communicate with external customers and internal teams and take ownership to identify and fill knowledge gaps.
Act as a team player who works with cross-functional teams in sales & marketing, R&D, manufacturing and the customers to deliver complete solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist sales/partners with design-build opportunities & support for project quotations.
Act as the first point of escalation for all inquiries and provide pre-sales training on products to team members, colleagues & partners. (Focus: 1-Phase & 3-Phase UPS systems, monitoring software, Batteries, Data Center electrical infrastructure).
Act as pre-sales “technical consultant” to identify and present the appropriate Eaton Power to target consultants, approval organizations, and customers during the demand creation stage.
Technical query management & specification response on all RFQs.
After receiving an order, make a technical submission of all documents for obtaining manufacturing clearance - this includes liaising with L2 & L3 upstream teams to obtain the desired response.
Up to date record-keeping for the MIS including working on operational tasks related to sales support.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution.

**Skills**:
Presentation and training skills with an ability to multitask within an accurate on-time response.
Sound technical knowledge and experience in the know-how of product lines such as UPS and power distribution products and relevant product standards like IEC & UL.
MS Office Suite. AutoCAD will be a plus.
Fluent level of English and Arabic is required.
