**Role purpose**:
Drive controls and governance across Partner Performance & Service Delivery teamsThe key aspects of the role are as follows:
1. Manage operational plan and escalate upcoming or overdue actions with owners. Ensure that all required tasks or events are logged correctly in the plan
2. Key point of contact for internal projects, managing project plans with Kyndryl and tracking internal cost spend
3. Manage multiple Lifecycle management trackers with the Partners, escalating any gaps identified and driving resolution of lifecycle issues with account teams, SMEs and Partners
4. To drive and support the automation of processes by ensuring that contacts and distribution lists are correct as well as tracking responses and actions
5. To maintain quality control within Jira, ensuring all risks and tasks have owners and due dates, with links between dependencies clear and understood
6. Coordinate multiple requests for same customers into account teams or CCPs
7. Maintain stakeholder matrix and contact sheets
8. To attend key programme meetings including management of agendas & content, pre-briefing stakeholders and recording and management of actions as well as ensuring that escalations are followed through and resolved.

9. Be responsible for overall knowledge management including the quality, completeness and accuracy of content and data in various tools and content management systems e.g. quarterly reviews of internal and external SharePoint sites, granting permission, troubleshooting access for external users.. Work with teams to ensure documentation is created and updated as needed
10. Support the Governance Manager in the preparation of governance submissions ensuring quality is maintained in line with agreed standards. Coordinate with the different operational teams / forums to ensure that submissions and escalations are managed through the end to end process addressing any queries and ensuring that actions from governance reviews are completed and submissions are not delayed (including storage of meeting materials on content management systems)
11. Own the delivery governance framework for supplier customer delivery and ensure adherence to it. Report metrics to the Head of Delivery
12. Provide analysis and insight to the Portfolio Managers and Head of Delivery on customer deliveries. Interpret trends and patterns to drive improvements.
13. Facilitation of key Delivery meetings including management of agendas & content, management of actions and ensuring escalations are followed through.
14. Ensure all delivery risks and issues across partners are managed and elevating to senior stakeholders where required

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**
- Accountable for the production and maintenance of the programme performance metrics and reports
- Maintains the programme RAID log and manages the actions and outcomes associated with it.
- Maintains the programme budget.
- Manages the programme change process
- Preparation of reports suitable for stakeholders up to Head of department level, including where required, pre-briefing stakeholders.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**
- Ability to work independently with stakeholders across all areas of the organisation.
- Ability to work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders (programme teams) to deliver the highest possible team performance and target programme outcomes
- Experience with planning & delivering projects either in a PM or PMO role
- Deep knowledge or core project management principles.
- Commercial acumen
- Understanding of budgets structure and spending controls

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- MS Office Practitioner - particularly Excel to expert level.
- Strong organisational and co-ordination skills
- Strong communication skills
- Project Management / PMO experience backed up with a project management qualification (e.g. PMI)
- Analytical skills
