We are seeking a skilled Delivery Specialist or Systems Administrator with experience in Dell PowerStore, PowerEdge, PowerScale, and VMware, along with proficiency in the Italian language, to join our team. As a Delivery Specialist or Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Dell storage and server solutions, as well as VMware virtualization technologies. Your expertise in these areas, combined with Italian language proficiency, will be crucial in effectively communicating with Italian-speaking clients and ensuring successful delivery and support processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end delivery process of Dell PowerStore, PowerEdge, and PowerScale systems, including coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful deployments.
- Configure and install Dell PowerStore, PowerEdge servers, and PowerScale storage systems based on client requirements and industry best practices.
- Perform hardware and software installations, firmware updates, and system configurations to optimize the performance and reliability of Dell solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, engineering, and support, to gather client requirements and provide technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Assist in the design and implementation of VMware virtualization solutions, including VMware vSphere, vCenter, and virtual machine management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Dell storage, servers, and VMware virtualization technologies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage Dell solution inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and timely replenishment.
- Effectively communicate with Italian-speaking clients, both verbally and in writing, to address their needs, provide support, and establish strong client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Delivery Specialist, Systems Administrator, or similar role, with a focus on Dell PowerStore, PowerEdge, PowerScale, and VMware technologies.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Dell PowerStore, PowerEdge servers, and PowerScale storage systems.
- Proficiency in deploying and configuring Dell storage and server solutions, following industry best practices and guidelines.
- Experience in designing and implementing VMware virtualization solutions, including VMware vSphere and vCenter.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to Dell products and VMware technologies.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Italian, with the ability to effectively communicate with Italian-speaking clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Dell certifications, such as Dell EMC Proven Professional, Dell Certified Systems Engineer (DCSE), or VMware certifications, are highly desirable.
