**Job Title: Spanish Sales Closer (Morning Shift)**
**Location**: Remote
**Shift**: 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM EST
**Compensation**: $250 basic salary + $250 commission per sale

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Spanish-speaking Sales Closer to join our team. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills to engage with potential clients and close sales. You will be responsible for driving results, achieving targets, and delivering excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential leads via phone and other platforms.
- Close sales and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
