**About the Job**:

- Identify, contact and generate leads to gain market share, promote our products & services with prospective customers.
- Initiate and develop strong relationships with potential & current clients.
- Manage and grow Key customers in target regions (markets).
- Database management
- Present regular reports and other related performance feedback.
- Monitor and report potential competitors' activities
- Be able to make corporate deals
- Able to meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a quarterly basis.
- Be able to search for targeted clients among different sectors in the market
- Ensure effective internal communication within Sales, Project Management and Customer Relations teams
- Client satisfaction and retention reporting.
- Business development, market researches, and services expansion reporting on a monthly basis.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in TeleSales / Call Center
- Fluent English is a MUST. Other language skill is a plus.
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office package and Internet.
- Excellent Business Writing Skills
- Real Accountability
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Team alignment
