**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads to introduce and promote our real estate properties.
- **Client Engagement**: Engage with prospective buyers and investors, understanding their needs and offering suitable property options.
- **Follow-ups**: Regularly follow up with leads and inquiries to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- **CRM Management**: Update and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date client information.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- **Appointment Setting**: Arrange meetings or property viewings between clients and on-ground sales teams.
- **Customer Support**: Address client queries, concerns, and objections effectively to close sales.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Pay: E£15,000.00 per month
