**Job Description Summary**: As an Early Career Trainee Connectivity and Power & Ground with GE HealthCare you will support to ensure customer satisfaction, problem resolution, cross-function teams support and operation excellence across Egypt.

**Essential responsibilities**:
**Connectivity**:

- Working with digital leader on basic troubleshooting, installation and service repair needed on designated digital systems.
- Attend customer visits to promote and show the benefits of GEHC Digital and Remote services portfolio and solutions.
- Working together with connectivity teams to Improve Effective connectivity, processes, and infrastructure.
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining connectivity tasks logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer digital service issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.
- Communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
- Follow up connectivity and digital tools data integrity.
- Create visibility on different buckets (Live connectivity, data flow issues, and Helium monitoring)
- Work closely with cross functions (Connectivity Project Leader, SD, Field, and HPM) to ensure projects execution and follow up.

**Power & Ground P&G**:

- To Follow execution of P&G audits.
- To extract P&G alarms and ensure proper actions are assigned,
- work closely with cross functions (P&G L3, SD, Field, and HPM) to ensure projects execution and follow up.
- To make sure that we are performing audits during installations at timely manner including on-site support.
- Supports P&G VCP related projects.
- Ensure the effectiveness and uptime for P&G live monitoring tools.
- Follow up with suppliers and/or subcontractors for P&G related issues resolution.

**Requirements/ Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree Engineering background.
- Up to 2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong IT and networking background.
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency in Arab and English.
