Patient Support Program Intern

**Key responsibilities**
- Welcoming the patients who are willing to be enrolled in PSP program with verbally consenting them and introduce them to the related program to their disease.
- Inform patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains communication and quality of the program by reporting problems either adverse events related to the products or quality technical complaints accompanied by using the devices.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures. Capable of instructing others to provide them with a healthier way of life.
- Provides necessary coaching to reduce or eliminate behaviors that are considered high-risk.
- Register new patients on the platform specialized for the program.
- Submitting all patients’ complaints weather adverse event or quality complaints accompanied by assigned products of the program.
- Timely and accurate response to patient needs and inquiries, ensuring assistance within the required approved script.
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients.
- Maintains safety needs and follow proper communications protocol in case of an emergency.
- Accurately captures patient details following telephone interactions.
**Skills & Experience required**
- Ability to manage multiple programs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Good team-based interpersonal skills but also an ability to work independently.
- Energetic, dynamic and self-driven individual with excellent communication.
- Rotational Shifts for 6 days per week
- Qualifications & Other requirements:
- Interns and Fresh Graduates are welcomed
- Fluency in English/Arabic.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
