As an ONP Events & Festivals Trainee, you will ensure that our products, from coolers to displays, capture the crowd's imagination and thirst. **Market Scanning & Expansion in Outside Regions**

Explore and identify new opportunities for Red Bull and expand Red Bull's reach in various ONP channels such as weddings, house parties, film industry, art, study, catering events, and social gatherings in regions outside of Cairo.

**Stakeholder Engagement**

Network, build, and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in regions outside of Cairo to ensure Red Bull's presence and accessibility.

Become a trusted partner for event organizers.

**Field Marketing Collaboration**

Coordinate and work closely with the Field Marketing team to enhance the execution of Red Bull's event presence.

Work closely to adapt event strategies to regional preferences.

**Seasonal Event Involvement**

Actively support and participate in the execution of summer season events, a peak period for On-Premise activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Has or will have completed their bachelor’s degree by July 2024.
- Natural networking skills and the ability to develop relationships with a variety of stakeholders in the events industry.
- A genuine enthusiast of the Red Bull brand and its association with world-class events and festivals.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently outside of Cairo, embracing the opportunity to work in diverse locations.
- Fluent proficiency in English & Arabic.
