Job duties ad responsibilities:

- Audit the outbound & inbound calls for customer service and telesales agents regarding the quality metrics.
- Support with the HR team in the performance management system and appraisals.
- In charge of customer service agent when needed.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to the HR manager and support the payroll team after generating the target achievement reports for different departments.
- Conduct test calls and training for the newly hires in sales and customer service departments.
- Assist with the HR Manager as assigned.

KSA:
1- Fluent English is a MUST.

2- Excellent Microsoft Office user.

3- Call center / Customer service experience is highly preferred.

4- Tanta residents or nearby.

Competencies:
1- Attention to details.

2- Analytical mindset.

3- Strong verbal communication skills.

4- Teamwork player.

5- Strong sense of hearing.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tanta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
