- What’s on offer?_

We are looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our Sydney Metro team where you will be working on multiple projects around Sydney metro area. Day to day you will:

- Assist in various construction and maintenance tasks on road assets.
- Operate tools and machinery in accordance with safety standards.
- Participate in site preparation, including setting up equipment and materials.
- Carry out repairs and general maintenance of road surfaces and adjoining structures.
- Follow project specifications and directions from supervisor and foreman to meet project goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety and health regulations.
- What we need from you?_
- Experience in civil construction, asphalt/ spray seal or maintenance, preferably in roads or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to handle physical workload and operate various machinery safely.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- No formal qualification is required, but a trade certification will be considered an advantage.
